Amy McCullough - Celestial Bodies: Jupiter
By: Amy Mccullough

D6 celestial object themed magic items

1 Mini world: a small habitable world the size of a head, small cartoon-y people and animals inhabit it, any normal person interacting with it will be treated like a god or devil depending on what they do.
2 Cape of stars: black robe with white stars on it, while you wear this robe magic only affects you half the time but you can only see by star light.
3 Asteroid hammer: a heavy hammer, the head made of a large meteorite, if you throw the hammer it becomes covered in a sheet of fire like a meteor reentering the atmosphere.
4 Ring of the gas giant: bronze ring, in place of a gem is a swirling mass of brown gasses like Jupiter, you can use the ring to transform into a gas.
5 Black hole wand: dark metal wand ending in a spherical black gem, can cause the gem to act as a black hole by activating the wand, sucks up everything it touches but the wand.
6 Solar blade: made of gold enchanted to be as hard as steel, sun motifs on the blade, triple damage to nocturnal creatures/insomniacs/anything else connected to the night.

2 worn waterproof box, contains various rare spices in pouches
3 vial filled with murky liquid, drink it and you grow horns
4 dagger made of whale bone and serrated with shark teeth, ornate carvings of mermaids cover it
5 waterlogged tome, the inner pages survive showing beautiful drawings that cause the looker to become obsessed with them
6 broken lantern, can use water as oil and can be used underwater, produces a loud whale song while it burns

DAY 25: DANGEROUS

Monster Hunter - Terekjet by Fantasy-of-the-Dark on DeviantArt
By: Fantasy-of-the-Dark

    2 The spider gods

4 Divine bandits, the gods put a bounty on your head and they are here to collect
5 Giant made of lead, very slow
6 The Queen of Air and Darkness

 DAY 26: REMOVE

A Show About the Hellenistic One Per Cent | The New Yorker
Head of a Youth by some ancient person

D6 powers of removal

1 move your hand over writing, pictures, engravings, or similar details and they just disappear
2 gaze of annihilation, very slow, can completely annihilate a fist sized stones worth of material a day
3 at will can remove anything not part of your body from your body, disease, weapons, poison, food, all will be removed for better or worse
4 your touch instantly annihilates a random uncommon substance, examples would be honey, feathers, or ashes
5 focus on nothing and clap your hands together, all nearby light sources will be extinguished
6 you can remove yourself from reality at will, note that you cannot un-remove yourself

 DAY 27: BEAST

Plant Creatures
By: Keymonster

D6 plant mutations for wild animals

1 One eye is replaced with a blooming flower, they can still see out of it, a few flowers also sprout sporadically around their body, a sweet smell always follows them and they can animate plants at will
2 Fur replaced with something similar to grass, if it doesn't have fur grass covers it anyways, very resilient, regenerates
3 any horn/antler the creature has replaced with tree like version, if it doesn't have horns it grows tree like horns, surprisingly strong, marks it as a leader, has 1d4+1 other animals with it
4 roots grow from its body, its stuck in the ground but very durable, has 2d6+2 other animals with it, it has druidic magic though none that will let it move or transform
5 Moss covers its body, underneath it is made of stone, very hard to hurt, bludgeoning weapons work best
6 A small bonsai like tree grows from its head, its mouth hangs slack jawed, cannot feel pain or fear, much dumber than an average member of is species

 DAY 29: MASSIVE

The capture of a Brain Bug from Starship Troopers | Starship troopers, Starship troopers bugs, Starship troopers 1997
From Starship troopers

D6 giant insects and their personality

1 Giant spider: very faithful, solitary worshipers as spiders rarely work together, most spiders revere all spider gods to some extent though some worship only one spider god and forsake all others, seeing them as false.
2 Giant centipede: bastards that like to scare people, can be hired to torment your enemies, any deal made with them is slightly risky, treat them like mini demons.
3 Giant bee: brainwashed like in 1984, utterly loyal to the hive, hates anything that goes against it, wary of things that are not a part of the hive but willing to work as long as they don’t go against the hive. The brainwashing is biological so only changing their biology or using strong magic can make them go against the hive.
4 Giant mosquito: wine aficionados, each species and individual has a unique taste, will pay a king's ransom for truly rare or unique blood.
5 Giant butterfly: beautiful gardeners, do not like ugly things, grow fields of flowers to live in.
6 Giant moth: obsessed with light and fire even though they know it will hurt or kill them, many are artists, some weirder giant moths may be obsessed with things other than fire/light.

DAY 16: ANGEL

Angels' descend on Istanbul's historic church | Daily Sabah
By: Mehrnoush Esmaeilpour

D6 good people with wings from different cultures

1 Valkyries of the blood gods: winged warrior women wielding worrisome weapons. Their wings are made of metal feathers and their blessing makes weapons razor sharp.
2 Deadly ones: the angels of an ancient empire of necromancers, their wings are those of a crow. Though once a force to be reckoned with now that the culture they came from is gone they are weak and pallid.
3 Space angel: nebula wings, help spacefarers in times of need, patching up ship hulls, restarting life support systems, granting protection from the vacuum of space. Punishes those who do not respect and fear space or those who think that space can be conquered and made safe.
4 Saints of cooking: fried chicken wings. Master gourmands, they can make anything delicious even things that aren't food.
5 Mermaid angel: has the wings of a flying fish. Grants the incredible abilities of flight and breathing air.
6 Angel of plague: has bat wings and a rat’s tail. Can bless followers of disease with horrid afflictions, cannot bless non followers but can still infect them using their rusty, filth encrusted weapons or plaque covered teeth.

DAY 17: DEMON

Tag: demon - Eve Harms
By: some medieval guy

D6 beings of pure evil from different cultures

1 Ascended jherg: these violence stealing creatures are anathema to the blood gods, arch jherg’s are not bat like but instead dove like and their curse of pacifism even stronger.
2 Dreaded sprouts: seeds with laughing faces, foes of the deadly ones and the ancient necromancers, represent the chaos of biology and untended rot which spoils all (as opposed to the necromancers controlled form of rot which removes biology rather than letting it fester). They can infest and destroy undead in a matter of seconds, growing into tangles of stinking and rotting vines.
3 Hallowed ones: mummified corpses still in their space suit, singularities fill their eyes and a larger black hole is placed inside of their stomach cavity. Have the ability to cause technology to malfunction, can spaghettify something at will.
4 Blandness elementals: beings of distilled water, rice, and crackers. Their touch cleanses salt, spices, fat, and other forms of flavor from food, it also makes them a lot healthier but the food worshipers won’t tell you this.
5 Angler demon: fingers made of string and hook, pulls up mermaids to the surface and tosses them onto the ground, splashing water on the occasionally to prolong their death.
6 Chirurgeon: clad in white cloths and rubber gloves they may look like people but underneath their medical mask, glasses, and hair nets is an inhuman visage which only wishes to cause you pain. Has all manner of syringes filled with unknown chemicals, unlabeled prescription pills, and sharp instruments for cutting open the body. Any worshiper of the plague god knows that they are not here to help since they want to make you healthy and that is their enemy.

DAY 18: SADDLE

reddit: the front page of the internet | Monstros, Arte fantástica, Ilustração
By: calonarang

D6 weird mounts

1 Tamed lightning: a lightning bolt captured and stopped from grounding itself on the ground. One of the fastest ways to travel, also one of the most dangerous. All lightning bolts long to ground themselves, the tamed ones have been fed propaganda telling them to disregard their nature and that grounding themselves is like dying.
2 Giant slug: a beast of burden, used to haul massive loads. Extremely slow but it can haul almost anything.
3 Lancer: half horse half lance. Favored by knights as they come equipped with their own weaponry. Those lancers blessed by powerful good magic are called unicorns.
4 Squid suit: squids that have been selectively bred to be able to be worn as suits. While you wear a squid suit you can travel fast by using its siphons and spray out ink from your hands. Squid suits hold up to 30 minutes of oxygen.
5 Topiary runner: bush bred for its speed, often used for races due to their ease of growth and easy ability to be genetically modified.
6 Wheel horse: legs amputated and replaced with wheels. Popular with the rich and nobles. Not popular with people that have empathy.

DAY 19: PLUMP

From: here, his name is Bruno

Not doing this, too busy. Apologies.

DAY 20: FROST

Great Paintings: Winter Landscape by Caspar David Friedrich | by Christopher P Jones | Thinksheet | Medium
By: Caspar David Friedrich

D6 horrible weathers of the far north

1 Endless dark: the sun dips below the sky, night swallows day, supernatural darkness covers all, bonfires only as bright as a candle, burning houses are torches, things less than a bonfire can bareilly illuminate anything, including themselves, you might be lit on fire without even knowing it before it's too late
2 Boulder hale: not all of it is the size of boulders, most of it is the size of basketballs. Buildings will be destroyed, only deep under the icy caves is safe. Being unprotected is a death sentence.
3 Staring: giant eyes fill the sky, most human like, some animal, others completely inhuman. The eyes are impossibly high like the sun or moon and clouds never appear to hide their gaze. No effect other than feeling exposed and like you are always watched.
4 Wintersong: a song, always heard off in the distance, always beautiful and haunting. To most it causes paranoia and puts you on edge, for the artistically inclined causes an inspired melancholy and will lead to them obsessing over dark and nihilistic art, will lead to self destructive behavior if not stopped.
5 Churning sea: the icy landscape shatters and breaks apart, large icebergs form and sway on the open sea, soon the splashing waves will refreeze and the land will be whole again
6 Pale Aurora: like the Aurora Borealis but all grays and whites, you might find beauty in this. Thankfully nothing else happens

DAY 21: CHAINS

Fenrir Bound (Illustration) - World History Encyclopedia
By: Mabel Dorothy Hardy

D6 apocalyptic beings and the things that bind them

1 The great demon lord, bound by chalk: the only thing that can impede the great demon lord, the ruler of all negative lifeforms, is chalk. It is surrounded by massive blocks of chalk and various holy sigils written in chalk cover the massive cave it is held in.
2 Ungrug, bound by technology: Ungrug strongest man ever, Ungrug smash everything more advanced than club. Ungrug trapped in massive computer.
3 Punishing thorns, bound by environmentalism: a spiritual infection brought down by the last true druid to punish the world for their abandonment of nature, the punishment fill the body with thorns that burst through the skin, it infects those that come into contact with it or those who have proven to be true enemies of nature.
4 Unthar, bound by sleep: the last surviving warrior of the time wars, fought for 2,000 eternities without rest. When he returned to the mortal world he went on a rampage but stoped when his battle brought him into a field of lavender leaves which put him to sleep. Now he is inside of a temple constructed around his sleeping body, the smell of lavender is sickening, calming sounds of river and rain are constant, a blanket of the finest quality is draped over him, and the temple is kept at a nice temperature.
5 Elizabeth, bound by hope: a little girl, just old enough to start learning to read, her heart has been replaced by a doomsday bomb which will blow up when she loses all hope. She is currently being raised by an order of monks and has been kept mostly secluded from the outside world. The monks hold furious debate over whether she should be let out into the real world when she grows up to harden her resolve or whether she should be put in a false reality to stop her from uncovering the more unsavory parts of life. They also have not told her that she is a living bomb.
6 The omniscience, bound by a lunatic: a massive computer with a genius AI stored within, it can simulate multiple realities in seconds, it knows what you're going to do before you do it, its swarms of nanobots can rearrange molecules on the molecular level. It hasn't taken over the universe yet because of a caveman named Ungrug that somehow evades its every attempt to kill him.

DAY 22: SCRATCHY

This 'Scorn' Trailer Isn't for the Squeamish - Bloody Disgusting
From: Scorn

D6 things under your skin

1 Spiders: can feel them moving under your skin, everyone else pretends not to notice. Prey to the spider gods to get rid of them or control them, causing them to swarm whoever strikes you.
2 Nothing: when cut open theirs just a void, a pitch blackness where something should be, when you die your body becomes an empty husk.
3 Steel wires: they wrap around your body and organs, an extra layer of protection.
4 Ink: a living tattoo, you can control what it looks like though it has its own tastes and might not always follow your commands.
5 Blood: your skin tone is always a bit warmer and livelier than normal, whenever you are cut, no matter how small, a gratuitous amount of blood pours out, no extra effect other than blood being everywhere.
6 Skin: when you are cut you don’t bleed, there's just more skin underneath. To get to your blood you need to be cut deep into, if in your game you become bloody at half HP you instead become bloody and a quarter HP.
